If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a money back guarantee if the goods are returned to us, undamaged, within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, we offer to replace the faulty item at no additional charge to the customer. The Company must be notified of any problems within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods; proof of purchase as well as evidence of the fault or damage must also be provided.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply – where we have supplied you with bespoke goods, such items are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstance.
